Executive Search Process
Understand Client/Position
We ensure an understanding of the clients culture and the management position by meeting with the clients top management. We then develop a clear understanding of the requirements of the position and the skill sets necessary to succeed. This would include a review of the applicable organizational charts, reporting relationships and responsibilities as well as educational and experience requirements for a successful hire.
Formulate the Search Strategy
We develop a list of target organizations on which we will focus our search efforts and obtain the names, titles, and telephone numbers of prospective candidates and sources. We access our database comprising over 30 years of nurturer relationships and target the industry, experience and personal attributes required for a successful hire.
Candidate Interviews
Candidates recruited as a result of our search efforts are carefully screened against all position criteria. Prior to meeting with our clients, potential candidates are provided a thorough understanding of the corporate culture, position responsibility, reporting relationships and overall expectations of our clients. Search status reports and detailed profiles on qualified candidates are presented to and reviewed with our clients. The client interview process is expedited by communications and timely feedback provided to all parties by Forum Search Directors.
References/Negotiations
All negotiations leading to potential offers and ultimate acceptance are carefully monitored and facilitated by Forum Search Directors. As the search narrows, in-depth reference checks and background checks with a variety of sources are conducted on those candidates deemed appropriate for referral to our clients.
Follow-Up/Commitment
During the post-hire period, we maintain contact with our client and the successful candidate to assure a smooth transition. We demonstrated our commitment to successful searches by providing our clients a one year guarantee.
